"Epidemic of Depressed Lawyers" Reposted...

So in the last few months, I have been inundated with so many different obstacles, that  I have not had time to post a personal blog.

Apparently, long term stress leads to depression, which is primarily genetic. In the last two weeks, our family has been pummeled with problems associated with disease, alcoholism, financial, employee theft, staff losses, and the list goes on.

However, just as the rail of bad there is a parallel rail of good: more work, friends, health, and the list goes on. So the train keeps moving forward on this track of good and bad.

For more details,  should check out my blog post at www.truckingalong-markperkins.blogspot.com because it was  picked up several other blogs. It has some  rich and profitable information about dealing with depression.
Why are lawyers particularly prone to depression and how to deal with depression? I think you will find it very helpful.
In the meantime, have an excellent 4th of July Holiday!
